It’s time to complete your order. Click on the shopping bag icon in the top right corner to proceed with your Jeway items. On the next screen, you can adjust quantities if needed. Then, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button. You’ll now be on the checkout page where you can easily complete all your details on a single page.

Important Note: Once you have received your tracking information, we are unable to make any changes to your order. This is because the order is already in transit to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible.

CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
We ship all your items with tracking. You can track your order through the order status page, which you will receive a link to by email once your order has been shipped. It may take a bit of time for the tracking status to become available.


WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Jeway aims for fast delivery of products. If you place an order on weekdays before 11 PM, we strive to process your order the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, resulting in an average delivery time of 5 to 14 business days.


I’M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be kept at a Royal Mail location for 7 days. You will also receive a notification from the delivery driver, which will include the pickup location. After these 7 days, Royal Mail will return the shipment to our warehouse.


INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you provided the wrong address.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered to your address but you haven’t received it, please let us know. After 14 days from the indicated delivery date, Royal Mail will initiate an investigation, and we will keep you informed until the investigation is concluded.
