EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you have received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please send an email to info@jewayfashion.com to discuss it further.
If you are not satisfied with the products you received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receiving them, provided they are in their original condition and resalable.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the return shipping cost. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or opened, or that are not in their original condition.

Secure Packaging: After approval, make sure your return shipment is well packaged and meets all the conditions outlined below.

Label 'Returns': Clearly mark 'Returns' on the outer packaging of your package.

Use a Trackable Shipping Service: Use a trackable, insured shipping service to ensure that your package safely reaches us.

Condition of Items: All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging.

Return Shipping Cost: Please note that we currently do not offer free returns. Unfortunately, this means that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Trackable Shipping Service: Ensure that all return packages are shipped using a trackable and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.

Step 1: Request the return form via the contact form below. Provide your order number, email address, and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Ship your return. Send the items along with the completed return form to the address listed on the return form. Be sure to include a tracking number on the package. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account. Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five business days.
